Susan Robertson is co-owner of RobertsonConsultants and joined the company full time in March 2009. She comes from a strong Senior IT Operations Management background with a proven track record for developing high-performance technical teams.  Additionally in her 15+ years in Midrange Software Operations, Susan has hands-on proficiency in UNIX system administration on Sun Solaris and HP-UX platforms, high availability clustering, problem resolution, programming, and end user support. She has a diverse background having worked in the telecommunications industry for BellSouth and EDS supporting BellSouth and having worked in manufacturing as well for Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing and for T-Systems supporting Mercedes-Benz U.S. International.  Susan also brings with her significant knowledge in the area of Quality Processes and strategic planning. 

A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer and Information Science with a Minor in Business, Susan is an extremely motivated and results-oriented individual.  Her exemplary work ethic and commitment to success are some of her significant strengths.

Susan also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her interests and passion include gardening, outdoor activities and hiking, cooking, and she loves to entertain guests at her home.
